1. Please have basic blender and unity knowledge as I do not offer uploads, refunds are not offered to those who do not know how to edit and upload models.
2. Licenses (i.e. anything purchased from this listing) are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased. If you have any issues please make a ticket in my Discord server and I will be happy to assist you!
3. Do not share or upload any files from this listing to anyone who does not own a license, including but not limited to family, friends, significant others, strangers, other public sites, etc.
4. Private commissions and retextures are allowed only if both parties own a license for this asset.
5. No restrictions on R-18+, but I will not be responsible for any issues that come of their use.
6. DO NOT use any assets (meshes or textures or anything obtained from this listing) to make, use for, or represent NFTs, slander against any group or individual, impersonation, or anything illegal.
7. If you make texture adopts using the substance painter files or PSD’s you are only allowed to use the AO’s (shading) and none of the other layers.
8. With the personal license you cannot upload any rendition of this model as public in vrchat or any other platform, edited or not.
9. You cannot sell models using these assets. you have buy the commercial license.
10. After purchasing and filling out the checkout you will have to fill out the google form and I will manually verify you and give you access to the files via google drive.
11. If any terms/rules are violated necessary action will be taken.

Commercial License

1. Licenses (i.e. anything purchased from this listing) are non-transferable and non-refundable once access to the files on google drive are given. If you have any issues please make a ticket in my Discord server and I will be happy to assist you!
2. These Assets cannot be used on free models that you intend to distribute.
3. You cannot resell this model on its own edited or unedited, it must be on a finished model.
4. Private commissions and retextures are allowed, the other party does not need to own a license but please keep track of your customers in case a problem arises in the future, and make sure the person commissioning you has read and understands the Terms of Use for this asset.
5. No restrictions on R-18+, but I will not be responsible for any issues that come of their use or distribution.
6. DO NOT use any assets (meshes or textures or anything obtained from this listing) to make, use for, or represent NFTs, slander against any group or individual, impersonation, or anything illegal.
7. All commercial listings using this asset must be credited to me, my username, my business name, or a link to my page/s.

11. If you violate any of these terms you will be contacted, if a strike is needed a strike will be given, and after three strikes your license will be revoked without refund, meaning you will no longer be able to sell future and current models using the Kemi base.
